Floor Care
When you enter a building the first thing you look at is the floor. How do your floors look? Are they getting done too much or not enough? OctoClean knows floor care. We are IICRC certified in floor care (FCT). Our goal is to strike a balance between price, desired appearance and environmental impact. You may be surprised at how inexpensive a floor program can be.
- Resilient flooring: Most facilities will have Vinyl or linoleum flooring requiring periodic services to maintain a high shine. Our program will consist of a combination of proper daily maintenance (to include matting placement), burnishing, scrub and recoating and stripping and finishing floors. We only use the best possible products, equipment and practices to ensure your satisfaction and longevity of flooring appearance.
- Grout and tile cleaning: OctoClean uses state of the industry equipment, product and methods to create that new floor look again. After the grout and tile is cleaned to your satisfaction a penetrating seal is applied to protect it from heavy soils. It is recommended that a maintenance program be implemented to provide the best possible long term results.
- Stone Care: Marble, granite, travertine… You name it we do it.
