OctoClean creates and implements programs specifically designed for your facility. Highly (and continuously) trained franchise owners operate within the program. The program runs the people not the other way around.
We Train (Not just once but continuously) - All OctoClean Certified Franchise Owners are required to complete a comprehensive 5 week training program. We train our owner-operators in Exposure Control Plan & Compliance Hazardous Communication Standard, Blood Borne Pathogen Standard, MSDS Compliance Chemical Handling, HIPPA and Label Compliance Standard and Drug Testing Methods. All franchise owners and employees are required to complete and test in all areas quarterly. Periodic workshops are made available to franchise owners as well to help hone their skills.
We Know Professionalism- All OctoClean crews wear uniforms and picture I.D Badges while on the job. Franchise Owners are part of all customer interactions to better prepare them to handle the rigors of business ownership.
