  1. Education.

    OctoClean and its team of training professionals has over 20 years experience in the janitorial industry. You will first complete the OctoClean Franchise Owner Certification Program that will prepare you to open your janitorial business. But your training does no stop here. We have a significant number of additional courses that covers such subjects as dealing with employees and selling OctoClean's services. 

  2. Financial Services.

    OctoClean provides qualified Unit Franchise Owner candidates with loans to assist you with paying the Franchise Fee. We also bill and collect payments from your customers. OctoClean's financial services are designed to help focus on the most important part of your business - providing outstanding service to your customers.

  3. Franchise Development.

    OctoClean is very interested in helping you grow your business so that you can realize the rewards and freedom of owning a janitorial franchise. You are assigned a Franchise Development Manager that works very closely with you to grow your business. We track your performance and work with you to close any gaps that might exist with additional training and support.

  4. Account Management.

    One the most critical aspects of your success is your ability to address the service requirements of your customers. OctoClean has a staff of specially-trained Account Managers and Representatives can field issues and requests from your customers. The Account Management team is also accountable for obtaining new customers for you.
