Franchise Center Site Selection and Set-Up.
Your Franchise Development Manager assists with the selection of a location for your Franchise Center. The Franchise Center is your base of operation and provides you and your Franchise Owners with a comfortable, inviting and functional environment in which to conduct business. Once your location is selected, your Franchise Development Manager will work with you to ensure the best terms for your lease. Once you have the keys, we provide you with office decor guidelines and a complete list of the equipment and supplies that you will need to outfit your office.

OctoClean Master Franchise Initial Training Program.
The OctoClean Master Franchise Initial Training Program is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in the core processes of your business. We cover subjects such as selecting Unit Franchises, selling janitorial services, and providing account management services to your Franchise Owners. You also learn how to utilize OctoClean's front- and back-office applications in the day-to-day operation of your business.

Legal Documentation and Filing.
If you live in a state that requires that your Unit Franchise Agreement be approved by that state's regulatory body, we will bring our considerable experience to bear to ensure rapid approval. We also assist you in meeting any regulatory requirements as needed by the state in which you will conduct business.

Personal Coaching.
You will be assigned to a Master Franchise Development Manager. This person has several years experience in the janitorial and franchise industries and is an expert at operating an OctoClean Master Franchise. Your Master Franchise Development Manager is your coach and mentor. He or she regularly monitors the health of your Franchise and offers tips and assistance that can make all of the difference. And you get to choose the level of involvement your Master Franchise Development Manager has in your business.

Advertising and Marketing.
You may have noticed a higher level of sophistication and appeal to OctoClean's advertising and marketing programs. We have invested and continue invest considerable resources in the development of the OctoClean brand. We work to increase the market's awareness of OctoClean through a variety of mediums. As an OctoClean Master Franchise Owner, you have access to advertising and marketing assistance, the use of specially developed programs and collateral, and the use of the OctoClean brand.

You can expect to be invited to special Annual Meetings in exciting locations throughout the United States. You get to participate in workshops and meetings designed to hone your skills as a Master Franchise Owner. You can contribute to the further development of the OctoClean System.
