QUALIFICATIONS
Thank you for your interest in OctoClean's Franchise opportunities. OctoClean will consider applicants who possess, either individually, or together with their organizational team, the following qualifications. These qualifications are assessed along with other qualities during the application and selection process.
Professional Work Ethic
We are seeking people that have the desire to be successful in janitorial franchise and service sales and who have a strong work ethic, sound judgment and high personal standards of excellence and honesty. You need not have any prior janitorial franchise or service experience.
Financial Requirements
All applicants must be in a position to properly capitalize the franchise investment including working capital and personal living expenses during the start-up period. See Initial Investment for an explanation of the starting capital necessary.
Team Player
We look for people who work well with others, willingly share and participate, and who will make an active contribution to OctoClean's overall success. Methods of participation include local and regional activities, online communication and discussion forums, and OctoClean's Annual Franchise Owner’s Conference.
People Person
Your management team must include one or more members who enjoy working with people, demonstrate strong problem solving skills and truly understand the importance of providing superior customer service.
Detail oriented
OctoClean's franchise system has been developed based on industry experience, customer needs, market opportunities, franchise owner feedback and competition. In order to take full advantage of the OctoClean system, you must be prepared to embrace the operational details of OctoClean's business practices and willingly function within the franchise business model.
