Review the OctoClean Master Franchise Prospect Package.
The OctoClean Master Franchise Prospect Package contains the information and forms that you need to review and complete to get started. We encourage you to read all of the information. After reviewing this information, you will make an informed choice regarding OctoClean Master Franchise Ownership. Request your packet today.

Complete and return the OctoClean Request for Consideration and Receipt of Offering Circular.
You complete these two forms and fax them back to OctoClean. Completing this form does not obligate you to buy an OctoClean Master Franchise. It does, however, tell us that you are serious about taking on the challenges and rewards of being an OctoClean Master Franchise Owner. Once we receive these forms, we will invite you to meet with other members of the Master Franchise Support team either through a conference call or a visit to our Home Office located in Riverside, California.

Determining your fitness to be an OctoClean Master Franchise Owner.
It takes an energetic, visionary, and enthusiastic person to be a successful OctoClean Master Franchise Owner. We will meet to get to know each other better. We will ask several questions meant to determine whether you will be a successful OctoClean Master Franchise Owner. And you will have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you would like. If we are both confident that OctoClean is the right fit, we continue to the fourth step.

Completing the Personal Financial Statement.
At this point, we will ask that you to complete the Personal Financial Statement. We use this form to determine your financial ability to start and maintain an OctoClean Master Franchise. Determining your ability to finance your new business depends on the size of your territory and how quickly you want to grow your business. Once the form is completed and delivered to us, you can continue to the fifth step.

Visit OctoClean of the Inland Empire.
We invite you to spend a day in our corporate owned Master Franchise territory, OctoClean of the Inland Empire in Southern California. You will see first-hand how a successful OctoClean office operates. You will get to spend time with various managers in the office and ask as many questions as you would like. At the end of the day, you will meet with OctoClean's Chief Executive Officer and the Vice-President of Master Franchise Development to finally determine if being an OctoClean Master Franchise Owner is right for you.

Selecting your territory and submitting the Franchise Application.
The most important part of your selection process is selecting the territory or territories in which you will be an OctoClean Master Franchise Owner. You will already have a good idea of this from our previous meetings. You will complete the Franchise Application to formalize our relationship and specify your exclusive territory.

Signing the Franchise Agreement
We will review the Franchise Agreement which details the terms of our relationship. We will also finalize the financing of the Franchise Fee. We end this meeting by signing the Franchise Agreement.
